Please put all your bed sheets, towels and blankets in one area. We bring all newly laundered sheets, blankets and towels once removing your used ones.

Leaving the house with excess trash and in an unsanitary condition will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $300.00.

Please remove all garbage and unused food from the refrigerator and freezer. If you don’t want to take any new unused food or drink with you, please leave it in the refrigerator or freezer as we will offer these items to our employees. Please make sure to speak with our caretaker should you have any questions and/or concerns.
